2. This Site Is for Informational Purposes Only

Important: The content on this Site — including all blog posts, service descriptions, resource pages, and any other written material — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute mental health advice, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Reading content on this Site, submitting our contact form, or engaging with us on social media does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established after both parties have signed a formal client services agreement (Informed Consent for Psychotherapy) and treatment has formally commenced.

3. Blog Content and Educational Materials

Our Site may include a blog and other written content covering topics related to mental health, wellness, therapy, and related subjects. This content is intended for general educational and informational purposes only and reflects our perspective as mental health professionals, not individualized clinical advice.

Blog content should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. We strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed mental health professional regarding your individual circumstances. Nothing in our blog posts constitutes a clinical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment plan.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our content, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Mental health research and best practices evolve over time, and published content may not reflect the most recent developments.
